Recover access

If you cannot sign in:

  1. At https://diomu.es/login, use Forgot my password or request a magic link.
  2. Check spam and promotions.
  3. Make sure you are using the same email you signed up with.
  4. If the link expires, request another one.

If you have lost access to your email or your 2FA, write to [email protected]. We will ask for enough proof to verify that the account is yours. There is no automatic button to bypass security.

If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password and 2FA, then write to us.
